Fact is, the specific words you choose, the tone of your voice, the expression on your face can light people up or unintentionally devastate them (and every emotion in between).

It’s your choice to be intentional about your impact.

Yes, be honest.

Yes, hold people accountable.

But be far more effective (and likeable) by reshaping your language to be kind and loving.

That’s the way to get more done.

Be both fair and productive.

When you shift your attention to care for the other, then you will absolutely ensure people will care more, too.
