No
I have a real bias toward yes.
And more and more, I value the power of a positive no.
Saying no to what I do not want.
So that I can say yes to what is right. To what makes me whole.
That way I can serve as the very best of who I am.
Of course I’m scared to say no.
And I (sometimes) move forward in the face of fear.
Look at fear in a new way by asking yourself these three questions:
- Who do you want to serve most?
- Who are you at your very best?
- What makes you whole?
When you have these answers, then you will be clear about what and who you should be saying no to.
